Since 1900… Grandmother Tunina used to hide Germans, Americans or partisans, without distinction, because they were all people above all. Grandmother Amelia, born in 1920, was a hotel keeper, but was also the first taxi driver of the Friuli. Then came our mother Viviana, who baked unforgettable yummy desserts. They were all welcoming, innovative and brave. And this is our hospitality history, a history made by women.
